Kids Eat Free in Huntersville

Taking the family out to eat costs less when you time it right. These Huntersville restaurants offer free or $0.99 kids' meals on certain days of the week, organized by day so you can find tonight's options quickly. We included the $0.99 deals too, since a cheap kids' meal saves nearly as much as a free one.
Every deal here requires an adult purchase. Each restaurant below covers what counts as an adult purchase, the hours, and any limits.
We confirmed every deal in person at these Huntersville locations in early October 2026. Deals can change, so ask before you order.

Restaurants Where Kids Eat Free in Huntersville
Bob Evans

On Tuesdays, Bob Evans offers one free kids' meal for children 12 and under with each adult entree purchase. For dine-in, the deal runs from 4 to 9 pm. For carryout and delivery, it runs all day, from 7 am to 9 pm, but only on orders placed through the Bob Evans app. That makes a free kids' breakfast possible on to-go orders.
Kids build their own meal from the kids' menu. Breakfast is served all day and comes with a drink and a breakfast meat. Lunch and dinner meals come with a drink, a side, and a treat.
When we stopped by at 7 pm, the dining room was empty, and our server said evenings are usually very quiet. There are no TVs either. If your kids do better without a crowd or screens, that's worth knowing.
Duckworth’s Grill & Taphouse

On Thursdays, kids eat free all day at Duckworth's Grill & Taphouse, from 11 am to 11 pm. The deal is one free kid's meal per $12 in adult purchases, and it's dine-in only. There's also a limit of one child per adult, so one adult spending $24 still gets one free kids' meal. The deal runs until 11 pm, so it works after a late game or practice.
The kids' menu is for ages 12 and under. Choices include half of any Philly cheesesteak, chicken tenders, five wings, a hamburger, cheese or pepperoni pizza, and cheese quesadilla. Every meal except the pizzas comes with a kid's drink and a side, like fresh cut fries, tater tots, or mandarin oranges. The kids' menu doubles as an activity sheet with a word search, tic-tac-toe, and a picture to color.
Hawthorne’s Pizza

On Tuesdays from 4 to 9 pm, kids 12 and under eat free at Hawthorne's Pizza with the purchase of each adult entree. Our server told us any item $10.99 or more counts as an adult purchase, so the wing appetizer or a large salad qualifies.
Kids can choose a cheese or pepperoni pizza, mac and cheese, chicken nuggets with waffle fries, pasta with marinara or butter sauce, grilled chicken with a honey glaze and broccoli, or cheese ravioli with marinara. Drink choices are milk, apple juice, pink lemonade, tea, and Coke products. Kids also get a pack of crayons tucked in a paper sleeve they can color.
Kairu Sushi and Noodle Bar

On Tuesdays from 11 am to 9 pm, kids eat free at Kairu Sushi and Noodle Bar with a purchase of a full price entree. Kairu calls the deal Tots 4 Tuesday, and it's dine-in only.
The kids' menu includes plain noodle dishes like udon, pho, egg noodles, and ramen. Kids can also pick chicken nuggets with french fries, a California roll with french fries, a plain maki roll with miso, or a chicken and rice bowl (teriyaki or hibachi). Adding tofu, chicken, shrimp, or steak costs extra. The kids' menu doubles as a coloring sheet, and Kairu has crayons on hand.
Outback Steakhouse

On Mondays, Outback Steakhouse offers a free kids' meal with the purchase of an adult entree from 4 to 10 pm. The limit is one free kids' meal per adult entree. The deal works for dine-in and for online orders with the code JoeyFree.
The kids' menu at Outback is called the Joey Menu. Choices include chicken fingers, grilled cheese, mac and cheese, a Joey sirloin, and a hamburger. Each meal comes with a small drink (milk is an option) and a side of fries, fruit, or a salad; premium sides cost extra. When you dine in, the kids' menu has a coloring page, and it comes with crayons.
Uncle Maddio’s Pizza

On Sundays from 11 am to 8 pm, Uncle Maddio's Pizza offers one free kids' meal with purchase of an adult entree. The deal cannot be combined with other discounts.
The kids' menu is for ages 12 and under, and every kids' meal includes a drink. Kids can pick a 6" pizza (cheese or one topping, create your own, chef created, or premium) or the kid's meatball, which is two handmade meatballs with melted cheese. Extra toppings on kids' pizzas cost extra. For drinks, kids can choose a fountain drink, milk, or an apple juice box.
Uncle Maddio's keeps crayons and blank paper on hand for kids, and there's a spot in the restaurant where they hang kids' artwork.
