Admission: Free and open to the public.
Hours: Open from 7am–sunset daily.
Restrooms: With changing tables, near the playground; water fountains, trash, and recycling.
Shade: The fenced playground has little; the natural play area has more. Midday sun can be intense.
Crowds: Can get crowded on weekend afternoons in nice weather.
Reservations: First come, first served. Not reservable through Parks & Rec.
Little Free Library: Take a book or leave a book!
Dogs: Welcome on a leash. The separate Rosedale Dog Park down the road has fenced areas for small and large dogs.
Parking: 20 spots on-site, limited street parking, and bike racks. No overnight parking.
Accessibility: The park is stroller-friendly, with paved paths running throughout.
Greenway: Connects to the Torrence Creek Greenway with easy access via paved paths.
Rules: Alcohol, glass containers, and smoking are prohibited.

"AMAAAAZING playground for your kiddos! LOVE its nature theme and all the other activities you can do there other than just the playground! It has two different 3-story slides installed. The whole playground appears to be brand new to me! Looks super fun and nice! More creatively layed out than most typical park playgrounds are. Fun ways for kids to run around it sad climb all over everywhere. Has a fence tunnel to connect the two main structures. My son LOVED it here!"

"This is now the nicest park in Huntersville. The jungle gym is over 20 ft tall but very well sectioned for kids of all ages (and adults can fit to rescue their kids). The entire area is padded with rubber floor. Some would even say this place is boujee. I mean yeah but it’s beautiful. It also has natural obstacles that are really fun as well. 10/10 would recommend. Especially in the mornings it’s empty and well shaded which is great for kids who can get overwhelmed."

"The playground is very clean and well-built playground with soft rubber floor and high gate (that only adults can open), with huge slides, zip lines, and lots more. Along the walking trails are lots of activities for kids to participate in along the way to promote exercise and adventure. The Adirondack chairs are a comfortable place to rest after enjoying the amenities, and there is a nice open grass area for playing a Frisbee or balls or having picnics, and the swinging benches are nice and quiet for a serene break. I would definitely recommend this place."
