Magnolia Woods venue supports a wide range of events, including weddings, wedding showers, rehearsal dinners, engagement parties, Quinceañeras, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, prom/graduation, celebration of life, family reunions, birthdays, anniversaries, and community celebrations.

Venue Spaces & Capacity

  • Ballroom – 3,500 sq ft, up to 200 guests
  • Commons – 2,500 sq ft, up to 80 guests
  • Covered Patio – 3,000 sq ft, up to 200 ceremony chairs, with water feature, fireplace, and market lights (available with Ballroom rentals)
  • Garden – outdoor space, up to 100 ceremony chairs

‍Booking Basics

  • Rental includes: tables, chairs, linens
  • Parking: ample free on-site parking
  • Catering: onsite caterer available (Savory Moments) with discount to rental fee if used
  • Bar Service: if alcohol is being served
  • Open Vendor policy: Choose your own vendors for everything except bar service, with no extra vendor fees

Magnolia Woods Events is a locally owned, woman-owned venue created to give local families and organizations a straightforward, full-service place to celebrate life’s milestones. Opened in 2015, it has grown into a flexible option for events and celebrations of many kinds.

Owner Jodi runs Magnolia Woods with a small team of dedicated professionals who bring years of experience to personalized events. Their goal is to help clients stay focused on their guests and enjoy the occasion while the venue team handles the details with friendly service, careful planning, and competitive value in a polished, well-run setting.

As a Hindu Priest I performed a couple of weddings at this beautiful venue. It's was nice and very peaceful and perfect for small to medium sized gatherings. Highly recommend this place for Indian Hindu style wedding since they have outdoor and indoor options.
