Carolina Raptor Center

Carolina Raptor Center is a raptor sanctuary and educational attraction located within Latta Nature Preserve. Visitors can explore a three-quarter-mile trail featuring more than 30 birds of prey from around the world, attend educational programs, and learn about raptor conservation and rehabilitation. The center also operates a hospital that treats injured and orphaned birds of prey with the goal of returning them to the wild. In Huntersville, the Carolina Raptor Center is part of the Green Spaces community.
